Return, refund & exchange policy

Thanks for shopping at Sommio If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Exchange and Return

You have twenty-one (21) calendar days to initiate a return or exchange from the time you receive an item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with no damage or markings.

To initiate a return or exchange send an email to hello@sommio.co.uk and we'll begin the process.

Refund

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Return & exchange shipping

Unfortunately we can't currently cover the cost of return shipping on returns or product exchange.

Cutomers can choose their return postage method or request a shipping label from us.

If you're are returning an item, and request a label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you are exchanging an item there will be a single charge or £10 for return and outward shipping, per exchange item.
