Return, refund & exchange policy
Exchange and Return
You have 100 calendar days to initiate a return or exchange from the time you receive an item.
We recommend you try your item for at least 30 days before deciding whether to return or exchange; as although many find instant results, others begin to feel results over time.
A moderate amount of wear or soilage is acceptable for returns; however we're unable to accept returns of items with damage or heavy soilage.
To initiate a return or exchange send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll begin the process.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Return & exchange shipping
Unfortunately we can't currently cover the cost of return shipping on returns or product exchange.
Cutomers can choose their return postage method or request a shipping label from us.
If you're are returning an item, and request a label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you are exchanging an item there will be a single charge or £15 for return and outward shipping, per exchange item.
Klarna Pay Later
Pay later items can be returned at any point during the thirty (30) day pay later period.
The 30 days start from the day you receive your item.
Shipping is included in the price of the item, if you choose to return the item there will be a return shipping and administration fee of £15 for UK customers, this includes item collection. This fee may be higher for overseas customers.
