Return, refund & exchange policy
Exchange and Return
You have 21 calendar days to initiate a return or exchange from the time you receive an item.
We recommend you try your item for at least 14 days before deciding whether to return or exchange; as although many find instant results, others begin to feel results over time.
We cannot accept returns on custom made weighted blankets (items made through the product builder) due to their unique nature; this enables us to offer these items at an affordable price.
A moderate amount of wear or soilage is acceptable for returns; however we're unable to accept returns of items with damage or heavy soilage.
To initiate a return or exchange send an email to email@example.com and we'll begin the process.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Return & exchange shipping
Unfortunately we can't currently cover the cost of return shipping on returns or product exchange.
If you are exchanging an item there will be a single charge or £15 for return and outward shipping, per exchange item.
