The Weighted inner has the weight integrated into the fabric for perfect weight distribution, no weight shifting no hot fillers. Unlike other blankets this will never leak.

We recommend you use this blanket with a standard single duvet cover, in most cases this is enough to prevent the blanket needing to be washed.

The blanket can be hand washed with a detergent such as Dreft. Baking soda is also a great natural aid for removing odours or treating and spot stains; in many cases, the stain will be absorbed without the need for any cleaning — just make sure you vacuum the area thoroughly. 

We do not recommend that you machine wash the blanket as the action of the machine could disturb the distribution of the filling. 

Our weighted blanket is designed for a single user, it is 135 x 200 cm and comes in 4 different weights:

• 6 kg | 13 lb

• 8 kg | 18 lb

• 10 kg | 22 lb

• 12 kg | 26lb

Your blanket should be roughly 10% - 15% of your body weight (i.e 60 kg body weight = 6 kg blanket).

If you're between weights, we recommend you go with the heavier weight. For example an 90 kg user would be best suited to a 10 kg blanket.
